We are leading manufacturer, distributor , System Integrator of advanced security solutions, specializing in CCTV systems, PA systems, Cables, VMS and AI Solutions and serving as a national distributor of fire alarm systems and other ELV /IT/IBMS (Extra Low Voltage) products.

We're hiring an E-commerce Executive to manage our online store operations end-to-end!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bring 3–4 years of hands-on e-commerce experience

2. Manage and optimize our Shopify store (listings, inventory, catalog)

3. Handle operations on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra

4. Own the complete order lifecycle — order processing, packaging coordination, cancellations, returns, and refunds

5. Monitor and improve e-commerce SEO (product titles, descriptions, keywords) to boost organic visibility and sales

6. Track order status, resolve customer/order issues, and ensure smooth pre-to-post order flow

7. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams for timely fulfillment

Analyze sales and traffic data to identify growth opportunities

9. Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns on Amazon and other marketplace ad platforms to drive visibility and sales

Requirements:

- Experience: 3–4 Years
- Education: Any Graduate
- Technical Skills: Shopify, Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra seller panels, order management systems, e-commerce SEO, Amazon PPC, and MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Creative thinking, communication, analytical mindset, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
