Divyansh Honda is looking for a Telecaller to support customer engagement, lead follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for sales and service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Follow up on sales and service leads
- Schedule showroom visits and service appointments
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
- Inform customers about offers, campaigns, and new products
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for lead management
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or customer support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Email)
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
- Experience in automobile, retail, or customer-facing industries preferred
