About Design Genesisx: Design Genesisx is a multidisciplinary BIM consulting firm providing end-to-end Building Information Modelling solutions across Architecture, Structure, and MEP domains. We collaborate with global clients to deliver coordinated, clash-free, and high-quality BIM outputs using the latest technologies and standards.

About the Role: We are looking for BIM Engineers to work on BIM modeling, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination. The candidate should have strong Revit skills, a good understanding of BIM workflows and standards, and the ability to deliver accurate, quality models while working effectively within a project team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate BIM models in Revit.
Prepare drawings, details, schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate Architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
Identify and assist in resolving clashes and coordination issues.
Ensure model quality and BIM standard compliance.
Maintain model health, worksets, parameters, and naming standards.
Create and modify Revit families as required.
Support project-specific modeling and documentation requirements.
Prepare models and drawings for submissions.
Perform self-checks and implement review comments.
Demonstrate strong Revit skills and willingness to learn.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and continuously improve BIM skills.





Skills & Competencies: Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) and working knowledge of Structure & MEP models.Understanding of BIM workflows, multidisciplinary coordination, and basic clash detection using Navisworks.
Knowledge of LOD standards, BIM modeling practices, and project documentation.
Experience with sheet setup, detailing, schedules, families, work-sharing, and Central Models.Good understanding of Revit model , standards, and quality checks.
Ability to understand and implement BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
Attention to detail, teamwork, problem-solving, and good communication skills.
Familiarity with BIM 360 / ACC Autodesk Docs and Dynamo is an advantage.
Exposure to international projects (UK / US / Middle East), ISO 19650, IFC, or RIBA workflows is an added advantage.

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or other related discipline. BIM certification or Dynamo/Computational Design knowledge is an added advantage.
