- Operate CNC Turning machines according to production requirements.
- Load and unload components properly.
- Follow instructions from the CNC Setter/Supervisor.
- Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
- Perform in-process quality checks.
- Monitor machine operation and report any abnormalities.
- Check tool condition and inform the setter when tool replacement is required.
- Maintain required production quantity and quality.
- Read basic engineering drawings and understand dimensions/tolerances.
- Maintain production and inspection records.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in CNC Turning operation.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings.
- Good quality awareness and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
