Summary:
The person will be responsible for program planning, monitoring & evaluation, management, and impact assessment for the branch level programs of Concern India foundation.
- Maintain a keen awareness of the situation to grasp the intricacies of the intervention, analyze relevant data, and strategize both immediate responses and future directions.
- Provide updates and reports regularly and make effective presentations.
- Versatile to cater project-based events and visits for donors.
- Work closely with the local government for convergence, demonstration, and collaboration.
- NGO selection, empanelment process, documentation, and process for conditional approval.
- Lead the development of work plans, budgets, and MoU with partners and tracking on the annual progress of the project within the prescribed timelines.
- Regular monitoring of Projects implemented by the Branch.
- Review the finances of the Projects and conduct audits of the programs with the finance team.
- Responsible for project implementation, monitoring and documentation, and maintaining program tracker online on a daily basis.
- Ensure data quality assurance and supervisory visits to NGOs with program teams.
- Timely engagement with the field to understand the impact of intervention.
- Work in line with the Branch Manager and fundraising team on the potential & pipeline proposals that need support on a regular basis.
- Lead and be responsible for the development of proposal, and synopsis for pitching for fundraising.
- Timely monitoring and guiding the field team.
- Coordination with the fundraising team on the potential proposal preparation and presentations as needed.
- To strategize and plan forward with sustainability in mind.
Eligibility and Required Skills
Qualification -The candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in planning, monitoring and evaluation (PME) of programs.
The candidate should have completed a Master in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent post graduate degree.
Experience -
- Extensive experience in engaging government, donors, and implementing partners to develop and effectively lead strategic partnerships.
- Passion for solving complex problems with experience of developing evidence-based strategic or operational plans as well as shaping and leading sustainable and scalable ventures.
- Results-driven and self-motivated with ability to inspire the pursuit of excellence.
- Grant-making experience strongly preferred, a desire to work in and with the nonprofit sector is essential.
