Indian Robotics Solution is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage government and defence tender opportunities in the Drone & Robotics industry.

#Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and monitor tenders through GeM, CPP Portal, Defence Procurement portals, and Government websites

✅ Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation

✅ Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and technology partners

✅ Ensure compliance with tender requirements and timely bid submissions

✅ Manage vendor quotations, statutory documents, and procurement support

✅ Maintain tender databases and documentation

✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis

✅ Support government, defence, and public sector projects

✅ Prepare capability statements, proposals, and presentations

# We're Looking For





✔ 1–6 years of experience in Government Tendering / Bid Management / Procurement / Government Sales / Business Development

✔ Hands-on experience with GeM and CPP Portal

✔ Strong documentation, compliance, and coordination skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Management, or a related field

Preferred: Experience in Defence, Drones, Robotics, Aerospace, or Technology projects.
