We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing US-based logistics company in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US trucking operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with drivers, brokers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispatch trucks and coordinate daily operations for US-based carriers.
- Find and book profitable loads through load boards and broker networks.
- Negotiate rates with brokers and customers when required.
- Plan and manage drivers' routes and schedules efficiently.
- Communicate regularly with drivers regarding pickups, deliveries, and load updates.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to brokers and customers.
- Handle rate confirmations, pickup/delivery information, and required documentation.
- Monitor driver hours, availability, and equipment status.
- Resolve delays, breakdowns, and other operational issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of loads, drivers, and dispatch activities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with brokers, drivers, and customers.
- Meet daily and monthly operational and revenue targets.

Requirements





- Minimum 6 months of experience as a US Truck Dispatcher / Dispatcher in the US logistics industry.
- Good understanding of US trucking operations and freight market.
- Experience with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of US time zones, lanes, and major freight markets.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple loads simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
