Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive / CRM Specialist with 3–4 years of relevant experience to manage client relationships, handle order-related communication, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, follow-up, and coordination skills, with prior experience in apparel / garment / production industry being an added advantage.

This role requires regular interaction with customers, internal production teams, dispatch, and accounts to ensure timely updates, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with customers on order status, production progress, dispatch, and delivery updates.




- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams for timely order execution.
- Work closely with sales, production, quality, dispatch, and accounts teams.
- Follow up on pending approvals, order updates, dispatch planning, and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records, order details, follow-up trackers, and communication history in Excel.
- Prepare reports on order status, customer follow-ups, pending issues, and service performance.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and effective coordination.
