Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to manage and execute solar EPC projects from planning to commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, project coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise installation activities, including civil, structural, and electrical works.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement activities.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve technical issues at site.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and stipulated timelines.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Solar EPC projects.
- Robust knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical installations, and project execution.
- Familiarity with solar design drawings, single-line diagrams, and BOQs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in commercial and industrial solar projects.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Experience in project planning and resource management.
