Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our CBSE school. The candidate will be responsible for teaching students through engaging, child-centric, and activity-based methodologies while fostering strong language skills, communication, creativity, and a love for Hindi literature and culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons for students in accordance with the CBSE/NCERT curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching-learning materials, activities, and assessments.
- Develop students' skills in reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
- Use innovative and age-appropriate teaching methodologies such as storytelling, role play, rhymes, games, art integration, and experiential learning.
- Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess students regularly and maintain accurate academic records.
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate remedial support and enrichment activities.
- Monitor students' academic progress, behaviour, attendance, and overall development.
- Integrate technology and digital resources into classroom teaching wherever appropriate.
- Participate in school assemblies, celebrations, competitions, field trips, clubs, and other co-curricular activities.
- Conduct parent interactions and communicate students' progress professionally.
- Collaborate with grade-level teachers and coordinators for academic planning and student development.




- Prepare question papers, worksheets, projects, assignments, and other assessment materials.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a secure, positive, and respectful learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programmes, workshops, and school training sessions.
- Follow CBSE guidelines, school policies, academic procedures, and child-safety practices.

Educational Qualification

Essential:

- Senior Secondary / Class XII with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.), or equivalent recognised elementary teacher
- Strong proficiency in Hindi and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Preferred:

- Graduation in Hindi / Hindi Literature / relevant subject from a recognised university.
- Knowledge of the CBSE/NCERT primary curriculum.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart-classroom resources.

Note: The final eligibility criteria should be verified against the applicable CBSE affiliation requirements and the school's recruitment policy before publishing the vacancy. CBSE identifies Appendix VII of its Affiliation Bye-Laws as the source for teaching-staff qualification requirements.

Experience

- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE/English-medium school is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge, communication skills, and teaching aptitude may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
