Duties include:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the Corporate Office and franchise outlets.
- Coordinate daily communication with franchise owners and follow up on their requirements in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Ensure implementation of Company policies, SOPs, and operational standards across franchise outlets.
- Coordinate with all departments to fulfill franchise-related requirements.
- Coordinate procurement requirements and communicate any delays or supply issues promptly with the support of the Operations Department.
- Assist in resolving franchise operational issues and escalate significant matters to Management.
- Coordinate and support recent franchise outlet openings and operational setup as required.
- Handle official franchise email communications and ensure timely responses, follow-ups, and proper record maintenance.
- Prepare legal notices, franchise proposals, agreements, and other official documents as assigned, and follow up on their completion.




- Provide coordination and support for marketing activities, social media promotions, advertisements, and other brand initiatives for franchise outlets.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Reporting Officer/Management within the prescribed timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of all Company and franchise-related information.
- Obey and follow the instructions of the Company-appointed Reporting Officer, senior officials, and Top Management, and perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Franchise business : 3 years (Required)
- Legal drafting: 3 years (Required)
- B2B sales: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (Required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (Preferred)
