We are seeking an Operational Support Executive who is passionate about addressing operational challenges in the manufacturing landscape. The role will primarily involve providing support to our US clients. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are compulsory. Prior experience in software skills is added advantage .Candidates inside Coimbatore area can apply . No food or transportation provided.

Please note: This is a full night shift position based in our Coimbatore office to support our US-based clients throughout the end-to-end development and production process enabled by our solution.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of issues and actions taken.
- Provide technical support to other engineers as needed.




- Communicate effectively in English with our US clients.
- Submit daily activity reports to the Project Director.
- Undergo training to effectively support US-based clients.

Key Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- Problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of software solutions will be an added advantage.

Education: Freshers in Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or electronics stream with demonstrated computer proficiency and valuable communication skill in English. With excellent communication skill willing to do night shift can apply.
