Job Description

Key Accountabilities

- Local Events & Activation

Plan and execute local events including workshops, demo days, photo walks, and retail activations in alignment with Marketing team

Partner with dealers, colleges, and communities to host events

Ensure high-quality customer experiences that drive product trials and engagement

Manage event logistics, budgets, and post-event reporting

Track leads, conversions, and ROI from all activations

- Sales Facilitation & Revenue Growth

Drive regional sales growth by leading end-to-end conversion initiatives, from customer acquisition to final purchase

Support retail partners during key sales periods, launches, and promotions

Generate and convert leads from events and local marketing activities





Work closely with sales teams and distributors to meet regional targets

Identify current business opportunities within the territory

- Retail & Partner Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and retail staff

Train retail teams on product features, positioning, and selling techniques

Ensure strong in-store brand presence and visibility

Skills and Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in sales, retail, or field marketing (imaging or consumer electronics preferred)

Strong understanding of photography products and technology

Proven ability to drive sales and manage local activations

Able to hold photography workshops with a group of people

Experience working with dealer/distributor networks

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Comfortable with frequent travel within the region
