Job Summary

Lere Academy is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern to join our marketing and creative team. This internship is ideal for students, freshers, or aspiring designers who want to gain hands-on experience in creating professional designs for social media, digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Design posters, banners, flyers, course promotions, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Assist the design team in developing creative concepts and campaign visuals.
- Edit and enhance images for digital and promotional use.
- Maintain consistency with Lere Academy's brand identity and design guidelines.
- Create designs according to different social media formats and requirements.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand design requirements.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current graphic design and social media trends.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.




- Good understanding of design principles, typography, colors, and layouts.
- Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with current design styles.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Students and freshers with a strong interest in graphic design are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of social media design and digital marketing is a plus.
- A portfolio, college projects, or sample designs will be an added advantage.
