We are looking for a customer-focused and good-communication-skilled Malayalam Voice Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls, understand their concerns, and provide quick and accurate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in Malayalam.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve their queries professionally.
- Provide information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily call, quality, and customer-service targets.

Requirements





- Fluent Malayalam speaking skills are mandatory.
- Positive communication and listening skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer queries.
- Freshers can apply; previous customer support experience is an advantage.
