Job Title: Cutting list Engineer with Project Management Skills
Location: Edapally, Kochi

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Cutting List Engineer with hands-on experience in interior workshops to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid knowledge of interior furniture manufacturing, including modular and custom-made works, and be capable of preparing accurate cutting lists, material breakdowns, and shop drawings.

This role requires close coordination between the design team, workshop, and site, along with the ability to handle carpentry workers, supervisors, and fabricators efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, material optimization, and timely execution of interior works from workshop production to site installation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cutting lists, BOQs, and material schedules for all interior furniture works
- Coordinate with interior workshop teams for carpentry, modular, and custom furniture production
- Supervise and guide workers, ensuring correct execution as per drawings and specifications




- Monitor material usage, wastage control, and production timelines
- Coordinate with site engineers for smooth installation and finishing works
- Ensure quality standards, accuracy, and timely delivery of interior components

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as an Interior Cutting List Engineer / Workshop Engineer
- Strong knowledge of interior furniture making, materials, hardware, and finishes
- Experience handling workshop carpenters, polishers, and installers
- Ability to read and prepare detailed shop drawings and cutting schedules
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with interior design software

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
