- Collect, label, process, and maintain patient samples accurately.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure accurate test results.

- Guide and supervise junior laboratory technicians.
- Follow infection control, safety, and laboratory protocols.
