Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with years of experience in the Indian & USA IT staffing/recruitment industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, client coordination, and offer management.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and should have a strong understanding of the Indian IT talent market.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT requirements.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and submit qualified candidates for client requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies.
- Use multiple sourcing channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills, experience, communication, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records in the ATS/recruitment database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the Indian & USA IT recruitment and staffing industry.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
- Experience hiring for IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
- Good knowledge of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience working with ATS/recruitment platforms such as Ceipal, Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of CTC, expected salary, notice period, buyout, and offer negotiation.
- Excellent candidate communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in IT staffing / recruitment consultancy will be preferred.
- Experience handling multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the Indian & USA IT talent market.
- Candidates who can join within a reasonable notice period are preferred.
