Key Responsibilities Manage complete assembly line operations for capacitor manufacturing. Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to achieve production targets. Ensure smooth production flow with minimum downtime and maximum efficiency. Supervise assembly line supervisors, engineers, and production operators. Monitor production output, line efficiency, rejection rates, and productivity. Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments to ensure uninterrupted production. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Quality Standards. Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions. Monitor manpower deployment,



shift planning, attendance, and workforce utilization. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies. Review daily production reports, MIS, rejection reports, and line performance metrics. Train and develop production supervisors and operators to improve technical skills and productivity. Participate in customer audits, internal audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain production documentation, process records, and operational reports
