Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive to support our research and administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, entering, organizing, formatting, and maintaining data from various online sources and portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect data from various websites, online portals, college portals, and other sources.
- Search and identify relevant information based on the given requirements.
- Enter and update data accurately in MS Excel and other company systems.
- Prepare and maintain data records and databases.
- Work with MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Office applications.
- Perform document formatting, editing, and drafting.
- Check data for accuracy and correct errors.
- Organize documents, files, and research-related information.




- Prepare basic reports and data sheets.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Complete assigned data collection and documentation tasks within deadlines.
- Coordinate with the team whenever additional information or clarification is required.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of MS Office – Word and Excel.
- Good typing and data entry skills.
- Valuable internet browsing and online research skills.
- Basic knowledge of document formatting and editing.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
