Our Organisation is now the largest tree planter in India. Give Me Trees Trust has PAN India presence. Swami Prem Parivartan aka Peepal Baba is the founder of the organisation. Our vision is to bring at least 50% of India under green cover and cultivate a love for flora and fauna. Our mission to increase the tree population and native tree cover of our country through plantation and maintenance.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Field Coordinator who has completed Bechelors in Agriculture Engineering. The candidate should be willing to travel extensively for field activities and should have practical knowledge of field operations, coordination, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all field-related activities and operations.
- Conduct regular field visits and monitor ongoing project work.
- Coordinate with field teams, farmers,
vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
- Prepare field reports, data records, and daily activity updates.
- Ensure proper implementation of field projects as per guidelines.
- Handle site inspections, surveys, and field assessments.
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with the management team.
- Resolve field-level issues in a timely and professional manner.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor in Agriculture Engineering is mandatory.
- Candidate should have positive knowledge of agricultural field operations and coordination.
- Must be ready to travel as per project requirements.
- Should possess good communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidate must own a bike for field travel.
- Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field responsibilities efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting, documentation).
- Presentable personality and professional behaviour.
Salary
· 16000 to 17000 per month
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
