Job Description – Collection Executive

Position: Collection Executive
Location: Noida (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience and Skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage outstanding payments, follow up with customers, and ensure timely collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers via calls, emails, and messages regarding pending payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely payment recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues and payment schedules.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements as per company guidelines.
- Monitor and track collection targets and recovery performance.
- Update CRM and collection reports regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion abilities.




- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and reporting tools.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
- Candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in collections, recovery, customer service, telecalling, BPO, or sales will be preferred.
