Location: Sevalaya, Kasuva (Thirunindravur)
Department: Homes Administration
Reports To: Head – Homes / Chief Operating Officer
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Coordination
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of all homes, including old age homes, orphanages, children’s homes, and other residential facilities.
- Supervise and guide wardens, caretakers, and home administrators across all centres.
- Conduct regular visits to each home and monitor operational standards.
- Ensure smooth communication between all homes and the central administration.
Resident Welfare
- Monitor the physical, emotional, educational, and healthcare needs of residents.
- Ensure timely medical care, counselling support, nutrition, hygiene, and safety measures.
- Review resident records, admissions, transfers, and rehabilitation plans.
- Address resident grievances and ensure a compassionate care workplace.
Staff Management
- Support recruitment, induction, training, and performance monitoring of home staff.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels across all homes.
- Conduct periodic review meetings with wardens and caretakers.
- Promote discipline, teamwork, and adherence to organizational values.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, child protection norms, elderly care standards, and NGO policies.
- Maintain proper documentation, registers, and statutory records.
- Monitor safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and safeguarding practices.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives across all homes.
Administration & Reporting
- Prepare monthly operational reports and present updates to senior management.
- Track budgets, expenses, maintenance requirements, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with departments such as HR, Finance, Medical, Education, and Maintenance for effective service delivery.
- Support audits, inspections, donor visits, and government visits.
Community & Program Coordination
- Coordinate educational, recreational, vocational, and cultural activities for residents.
- Facilitate volunteer engagement and community participation.
- Support special projects and initiatives related to elderly care and child welfare.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
