Qualification: M.Com / B.Com

Experience: 2–3 Years

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Accounts Head

Key Responsibilities:

· Preparation and maintenance of MIS reports

· Handling day-to-day accounting entries in ERP/Tally.

· Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer ledger scrutiny.

· Sound knowledge for TDS compliance, including Identification of applicable TDS sections, Correct deduction of TDS on vendor/customer payments





· Assisting in TDS and GST workings, data preparation for returns, and audit support.

· Supporting in month-end and year-end closing activities.

· Tracking expenses, revenues, and trial balance.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Strong command over Accounting Principles & Standards.

· High proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).

· Hands-on experience in Tally, SAP (must), Excel

· Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Positive communication and coordination abilities.
