- Manage end-to-end execution of on-grid solar projects (500 kW to 10 MW), both rooftop and ground-mounted.
- Ensure smooth coordination between office and site teams for timely and quality project delivery.
- Coordinate site survey planning and ensure accurate data is collected.
- Review and guide the design team to align engineering layouts with project and site requirements.
- Prepare and/or validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each project.
- Optimize material planning to avoid shortages or excesses.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and availability of materials.
- Oversee dispatch plans and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., DISCOMs, government bodies) to obtain necessary permissions and approvals.
- Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports and dashboards.
- Project progress reporting to client.
- Maintain documentation related to design approvals, dispatch schedules, commissioning checklists, and compliance.




- Track plant performance post-commissioning and coordinate with the O&M; team to ensure expected energy generation and uptime.
- Identify and resolve issues that may affect performance KPIs.
- Build and manage a project control team that includes planning, BOQ management, reporting, and vendor coordination.
- Act as the central point of communication between internal teams (design, procurement, logistics, and execution).
- Identify potential project risks (delays, shortages, design conflicts) and resolve them proactively to avoid impact on timelines or quality.

Qualification : B.E./Diploma Electrical, Govt. of Gujarat Supervisor License Certificate

Experience : More than 4 Years - only Solar EPC based in similar/junior roles (non-negotiable)
