Senior Architect / Interior Designer

We are looking for a well-spoken and experienced Architect / Interior Designer with 5+ years of relevant experience in interior design, furniture, architecture, and construction execution.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle projects from concept and design through site execution and completion, while confidently communicating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts, plans, elevations, working drawings, and furniture layouts.
- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and create 3D models/renders using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Supervise interior, furniture, and construction-related design and execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, workmanship, and adherence to drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, furniture vendors, fabricators, consultants, and other teams.
- Resolve design and execution issues and ensure timely project completion.




- Attend client meetings, understand requirements, present designs, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to business development and bringing current clients/projects to the company.

Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design.
- Strong knowledge of interior design, furniture detailing, materials, and construction execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D visualization software.
- Strong understanding of drawings, detailing, and site execution.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Well-spoken, confident, presentable, and professional.
- Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and multiple projects independently.
- Architecture/Interior Design degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
