Location: Chennai
Position: Customer Service (CS) & Pricing Executive
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer service and day-to-day client coordination
- Prepare and share freight quotations and pricing
- Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and internal teams for rates
- Follow up on bookings, shipments, and customer requirements
- Handle documentation and shipment-related coordination
- Maintain pricing records and update rate sheets
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support
- Coordinate with Sales, Documentation, and Operations teams
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
- Experience in Customer Service and/or Pricing preferred
- Good knowledge of import/export processes and shipping documentation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Positive knowledge of MS Office/Excel
- Ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams effectively
