Role Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Robotic Trainer to lead the planning, development, and execution of our robotics education products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about both technology and education, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging and scalable learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for robotics and AI learning kits, platforms, and educational content.

· Collaborate with curriculum developers, hardware engineers, designers, and trainers to develop, improve, and scale product offerings.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and new opportunities.

· Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and align cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.

· Gather and analyze feedback from schools, teachers, trainers, and students to drive continuous product improvements.

· Ensure products are aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and State Board requirements, along with relevant 21st-century skill frameworks.

· Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams on product positioning, pricing, promotional strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.





· Manage product timelines, deliverables, specifications, and documentation to ensure smooth execution.

· Track product performance, adoption, and user engagement through analytics, feedback, and regular performance reviews.

· Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and teacher training sessions whenever required.

· Coordinate product launches, updates, and improvements while ensuring effective communication across relevant stakeholders.

· Identify and resolve product-related challenges by working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Education Technology, or a related field.

· Experience in product management, preferably in EdTech, robotics, or K-12 learning products.

· Strong understanding of robotics kits, embedded systems, coding platforms (like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Scratch, etc.).

· Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· Solid problem-solving ability with a user-centered mindset.

· Experience working with educational institutions is a plus.

Preferred:

· Experience in K-12 robotics/STEM curriculum development.

· Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.
