We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS / Operations Data Executive to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, collating, and analyzing daily operational data across production outputs, raw material consumption, inventory, and labor utilization. The ideal candidate will turn daily shop-floor numbers into actionable reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Collation

Daily gathering of shop-floor data including production output, downtime, scrap/rejection rates, and machine run-hours.Tracking raw material intake, stock usage, and yield efficiency against BOM (Bill of Materials).Recording labor deployment, attendance, shift hours, and labor productivity/utilization metrics.

2. Reporting & MIS Maintenance

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS (Management Information System) dashboards in MS Excel/Google Sheets.Highlight discrepancies between planned production targets vs. actual achievements.Flag wastage, excess material consumption, and idle labor hours to department heads.

3. Coordination & Process Support

Coordinate closely with Production Supervisors, Stores/Warehouse team,



and HR/Payroll for accurate record-keeping.Assist in periodic inventory audits and physical stock verification.Standardize data collection formats and logbooks across departments.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets: Expertise in formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS), Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and basic charts.

Data Accuracy & Attention to Detail: High precision in handling numbers; ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.

Understanding of Manufacturing Metrics: Familiarity with basic concepts like yield, scrap percentage, labor efficiency, and raw material reconciliation.

Soft Skills:

Good communication skills to coordinate with shop-floor workers and management.

Solid organization and time-management skills.

Education & Experience:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech, or BBA preferred).

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in data management/MIS, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
