Infynity is a fast-growing mobility platform in Bengaluru. We’re not looking for someone to “handle marketing.” We’re looking for someone who can own digital growth end-to-end — performance, content, brand voice, analytics, and awareness.

You won’t manage agencies.

You won’t make PPT decks.

You will build, test, experiment, optimize, and grow.

If you think in funnels, speak in CAC, and create content that converts — this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Performance & Paid Growth
- Own and execute performance campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, YouTube
- Own CAC, CPI, ROAS, and budget efficiency
- Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, messaging, targeting
- Tag and track every install source accurately
- Analytics & Experimentation
- Set up dashboards in Firebase / GA4 / Mixpanel
- Review performance daily
- Design growth experiments and measure outcomes
- Content & Organic Growth
- Own content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Create high-conversion ad creatives
- Develop content themes aligned to driver psychology
- Manage posting cadence and optimize based on performance
- Turn field stories into digital narratives
- Brand & Awareness




- Define Infynity’s digital voice and positioning
- Build trust through testimonials, case studies, and social proof
- Execute small PR & awareness initiatives when required
- Ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoint

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 0-2 years in performance marketing or growth at a startup or digital-first brand
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google UAC — you've actually run campaigns, not supervised them
- Comfortable in analytics tools: Firebase / GA4 / Mixpanel / AppsFlyer or Branch
- You can build a dashboard from scratch, not just read one
- Can think creatively AND analytically
- Self-driven. No micromanagement required.
- Startup experience strongly preferred — you know what it means to wear multiple hats. You move fast and learn faster.
- Experience in mobility, fintech, or consumer apps is a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
