Emerald Construction is looking for a creative and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team and handle architectural planning, 2D drawings, working drawings, 3D elevations, and design development for residential and commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of building planning, architectural detailing, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization, with the ability to convert client requirements into practical and aesthetically appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings.
- Develop detailed 2D drawings and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D building elevations, exterior views, and architectural visualizations.
- Develop interior layouts and design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare drawings based on client requirements, site dimensions, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, project engineers, and site teams.
- Modify and update drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, practical, and suitable for execution at site.
- Assist in developing material, finish, and design specifications where required.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements when necessary.
- Coordinate with the execution team to resolve drawing and design-related issues.
- Maintain proper records and revisions of project drawings.
- Ensure designs and drawings follow applicable building codes, standards, and local regulations.




- Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.

Required Skills

- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of at least one 3D design/visualization software such as:
- SketchUp
- Revit
- Lumion
- 3ds Max
- Enscape
- or similar software.
- Strong understanding of architectural planning and building design.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial building layouts.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
- Ability to develop creative, practical, and cost-effective design solutions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and drafting.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 2D drawings, working drawings, elevations, 3D models, and visualizations.
- Experience working with construction or architectural firms is preferred.
- Good understanding of actual site execution and construction practices will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently handle projects from concept development to construction drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
