Architectural & Infrastructure Drafter

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural & Infrastructure Drafter to support the preparation of drawings and technical documentation for street improvement, urban design, public realm and building projects.

The role will involve converting design concepts and technical inputs into accurate, clear and presentation-ready drawings for planning, design development and construction.

Key Responsibilities

Street & Urban Design Drawings

- Prepare detailed plans for street improvement and complete street projects.
- Develop plans for footpaths, cycle tracks, pedestrian crossings, junctions, medians, kerbs, parking and streetscape elements.
- Prepare road marking, signage, bollard, street furniture and accessibility details.
- Develop typical cross-sections, junction details and construction details.
- Prepare existing and proposed plans based on site surveys and design inputs.
- Assist in preparing 3D views and presentation drawings where required.

Building & Architectural Drawings

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
- Develop building layouts and site plans based on architectural concepts.
- Prepare detailed drawings for materials, finishes, doors, windows and other architectural elements.




- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and services requirements.

Technical Documentation

- Prepare drawing sets for client presentations, approvals and tender documentation.
- Maintain drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations and title blocks.
- Incorporate design revisions accurately and maintain drawing versions.
- Coordinate with architects, urban designers, traffic engineers and project teams.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of Civil 3D, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop or Illustrator will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering and survey drawings.
- Valuable understanding of dimensions, scales, levels, sections and construction details.
- Ability to develop clean and well-organised technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Background

- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology or related field.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting, infrastructure, urban design or similar projects.
- Experience in street design, junction improvement, public realm or building projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
