Recruitment Manager – BPO (International & Domestic)

Location: Andheri - Marol, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

CTC: ₹6 - 8 LPA

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented recruitment manager to lead talent acquisition efforts for both International and Domestic BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in volume hiring, team management, stakeholder engagement, and recruiting across diverse processes including Customer Service, Sales, Banking, Financial Services, BFSI, and Corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for International and Domestic BPO requirements.

· Drive volume hiring and niche recruitment as per business needs.

· Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and service levels.

· Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.

· Partner with Operations and Business Leaders for workforce planning and timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

· Ensure quality hiring while maintaining recruitment turnaround times (TAT).





· Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics including sourcing effectiveness, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring productivity.

· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.

· Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compliance standards, and budget guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

· 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the BPO/ITES industry.

· Proven experience in hiring for International and/or Domestic BPO processes, including voice, non-voice, customer service, sales, BFSI, banking, and back-office operations.

· Experience in volume hiring and managing recruitment teams.

· Strong understanding of sourcing channels and recruitment best practices.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.

· Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

· Experience in recruiting for Banking, Financial Services, BFSI, Corporate Banking, or related domains will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
