Job description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Soft Skills / English Trainer to enhance the communication, interpersonal, and employability skills of candidates. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, Hindi, and the local language, with a passion for training and mentoring individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

 Deliver training sessions on soft skills, communication skills, and English language proficiency





 Conduct interview preparation sessions including mock interviews and personality development  Assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback

 Develop and customize training materials as per program requirements

 Support candidates in improving interpersonal and professional communication skills  Maintain training records, reports, and documentation

 Collaborate with internal teams for training-related activities and program execution  Willingness to travel locally as required for training delivery

Eligibility Criteria:  Qualification: Graduate / MBA  Total 3 -4 Years’ Experience  Experience: Minimum 2 year of operational or relevant training experience  Languages: Good command over English, Hindi, and local language

Pay: ₹11,834.40 - ₹35,954.75 per month
