About the Role
Are you someone who can turn a travel idea into an unforgettable journey? We are looking for an enthusiastic Travel Consultant who can understand customer requirements, recommend the right travel experiences, and convert inquiries into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Understand customers’ travel plans, budgets, preferences, and requirements.
- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Regularly follow up with customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on destinations, packages, offers, and travel trends.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1+ year of experience in travel sales, tourism, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sales, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Passion for travel and willingness to learn.
