About the Role

ScriptJet IT Services is looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing & App Growth Executive who can take ownership of marketing our apps and digital products.

The ideal candidate should understand how to create awareness, generate users, build an online presence, and grow an app from the ground up using different digital marketing channels and strategies.

This is not just a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands digital marketing, app marketing, user acquisition, SEO, content strategy, paid advertising, analytics, and growth tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute app-specific marketing strategies based on the target audience and business goals.
- Create awareness and build a strong online presence for our apps.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Develop strategies for user acquisition, engagement, retention, and app growth.
- Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan content calendars, campaigns, reels, posts, blogs, and other promotional content.
- Implement SEO and ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Research competitors, market trends, keywords, audiences, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Track campaign performance using analytics and marketing tools.
- Analyze metrics such as impressions, reach, CTR, CPC, conversions, installs, CAC, engagement, and retention.
- Continuously test different creatives,



audiences, campaigns, and marketing channels.
- Identify new and creative ways to increase app downloads and awareness.
- Work closely with the development and design teams to create marketing assets and improve product positioning.
- Develop app-wise marketing strategies instead of using the same approach for every product.
- Explore influencer marketing, communities, partnerships, referral campaigns, and other growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights based on campaign performance.

- Can develop a different marketing strategy for each app based on its audience and objective.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with experience in digital marketing, app marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Candidates with a proven understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Freshers with robust practical knowledge and relevant projects/campaign experience may also apply.
- Candidates who have previously marketed an app, website, SaaS product, or digital product will be preferred.
