Job Description: Last Mile Dispatch Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for an execution-driven Last Mile Dispatch Associate to manage dispatch operations with high accuracy, process discipline, and throughput efficiency. The role requires strong on-ground coordination, adherence to defined SOPs, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive dispatch accuracy, reduce damages, and optimize loading productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate with the picking team to ensure SKU-level inventory readiness aligned with the dispatch plan and vehicle allocation
- Execute vehicle-wise loading as per dispatch manifest, ensuring 100% accuracy in SKU count, batching, and route mapping
- Ensure strict adherence to loading SOPs, handling guidelines, and stacking norms to minimize transit damages
- Validate physical inventory against system-generated dispatch plans (WMS/TMS) before vehicle closure




- Monitor loading operations in real-time and ensure optimal dock utilization and turnaround time (TAT)
- Identify bottlenecks in loading workflows and drive root cause analysis (RCA) for dispatch errors and damages
- Implement process improvements to enhance loading efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve productivity metrics
- Maintain dispatch logs, exception reports, and daily performance trackers (accuracy %, damage %, TAT)
- Collaborate with Last Mile CRM and operations teams to align dispatch quality with customer experience metrics (OTIF, NPS impact)
- Team handling and Executive LMO

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse/dispatch operations (freshers with solid aptitude can apply)
- Understanding of warehouse operations, dispatch planning, and inventory handling practices
- Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems and basic data tracking (Excel or similar tools) is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to perform RCA and implement corrective actions
- High attention to detail with a focus on execution accuracy and process compliance
- Ability to work in a high-paced, high-volume operational environment with multiple stakeholders

Shift Requirement:

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, depending on city and operational requirements

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
