Responsibilities:

Generate recent business opportunities and leads, particularly in manpower outsourcing and staffing services.

Identify and approach potential clients for manpower outsourcing requirements.

Meet customers, understand their manpower requirements, and propose suitable staffing solutions.

Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and manpower outsourcing proposals.

Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate customers.

Coordinate with recruitment and internal teams for timely deployment and smooth execution of manpower requirements.

Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base.

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
