Job Title : Quantitative Techniques & Business Analytics Trainer

Location : Greater Noida (On-site)

Engagement Type : Contractual (6-Month Rule)

1. Role Overview & Objective

We are looking for an innovative, highly flexible, and industry-experienced Senior Quantitative Techniques & Business Analytics Trainer on a 6-month contract basis in Greater Noida. The core objective of this role is to deliver interactive, practical training in quantitative methods and business analytics tailored specifically for management students. The trainer must bridge traditional statistical concepts with modern business application, fostering analytical thinking and spreadsheet/tool proficiency.

2. Key Responsibilities

● Interactive Teaching & Facilitation: Plan and deliver engaging, practical training modules tailored for management students across a 5-day weekly schedule.

● Applied Learning: Use real-world management case studies and practical business scenarios to simplify statistical theory.

● Hands-on Tool Training: Guide students through practical data analysis using MS Excel, SPSS/SAS, and basic R programming.

● Modern Tool Integration: Encourage cutting-edge workflows by incorporating modern statistical practices and permitted AI tools for data analysis.

● Adaptive Pedagogy: Adapt instruction dynamically to suit diverse student academic backgrounds while maintaining conceptual clarity.

3. Core Tasks & Deliverables

● Curriculum Delivery: Cover foundational to advanced statistical topics including descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing (Z/t/F-tests), correlation/regression,



time series, non-parametric tests, and R syntax.

● Lab & Practical Assignments: Design hands-on spreadsheet tasks and software lab sessions for active student practice.

● Evaluation & Feedback: Conduct continuous internal assessments, practical evaluations, and diagnostic feedback sessions.

● Student Support: Provide guidance and dedicated doubt-clearing support to build quantitative confidence among students.

4. Eligibility & Experience

● Qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or an allied discipline.

● Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of prominent experience in corporate training, academic facilitation, or management education.

● Student Mindset Understanding: Demonstrated ability to relate to and engage management students effectively.

5. Skills Required

● Strong mastery of MS Excel (Data Analysis ToolPak, pivot tables, advanced functions).

● Practical working knowledge of SPSS or SAS software.

● Familiarity with introductory R programming and basic data structures.

● Excellent presentation, communication, and innovative classroom management skills.

● High adaptability, empathy, and a flexible pedagogical approach.

6. Preferred Certifications (Bonus Points)

● Advanced Microsoft Excel or Data Analyst Certification.

● Professional certifications in Business Analytics, SPSS, or R Programming.

● Recognized Corporate Trainer or Faculty Development Certification.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
