About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong AI knowledge to manage and grow our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and use AI tools to improve content creation, advertising, customer engagement, and marketing automation.

The ideal candidate should understand social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, lead generation, analytics, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Addonez and its products/services.
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through digital campaigns.
- Create and manage social media content, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Develop landing pages, marketing campaigns, and conversion funnels.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Manage SEO activities, keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Create blogs, social media posts, ad copies, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Use AI tools to generate, improve, personalize, and optimize marketing content.
- Use AI for customer research, competitor analysis, campaign ideas, keyword research, and marketing automation.
- Experiment with AI-powered image, video, voice, and content-generation tools.
- Work with the development team to implement tracking, analytics, pixels, conversion APIs, and marketing integrations.
- Build and optimize lead-generation and nurturing workflows.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Continuously test new campaigns, creatives, audiences, and marketing strategies.

The candidate should have practical experience using AI tools such as:





- ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini for marketing and content generation.
- AI-powered image and video generation tools.
- AI tools for social media content creation.
- AI-assisted SEO and keyword research.
- AI-powered analytics and marketing automation.
- AI tools for ad-copy and creative optimization.
- Prompt engineering for marketing use cases.

The candidate should be able to use AI as a productivity and decision-making tool, not simply generate basic content.

- Ability to create short-form videos/reels using AI tools.
