Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3 –5 Years
Employment: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Lead and manage store staff and shifts
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Monitor billing, cash handling and daily sales
- Manage inventory, stock and wastage
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and store cleanliness
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming and discipline
- Train and guide team members
- Ensure company SOPs and operational standards are followed
Candidate Profile
✔ Experience in QSR / Café / Ice Cream / Retail / Food & Beverage preferred
✔ Strong leadership and team-handling skills
✔ Good communication and customer service skills
✔ Knowledge of POS, billing and inventory management
✔ Ability to work in shifts, weekends and holidays
✔ Positive attitude with valuable problem-solving skills
