Key Responsibilities

*Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients

*Monitor vital signs and patients' clinical conditions continuously

*Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

*Assist doctors during emergency procedures and interventions

*Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps and cardiac monitors

*Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation

*Follow infection control and patient safety protocols

*Respond effectively to medical emergencies and code situations.

*Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals

*Ensure proper handover of patients between shifts.Educate and support patients' relatives when required.

Requirements

*Minimum 1 year of experience in an ICU/critical care setting

*Good knowledge of critical care nursing procedures

*Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

*Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

*Willingness to work in rotational shifts

*Kerala Registration Complulsory.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
