Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall branch operations, ensuring the achievement of business goals, profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

1. Drive business development and revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, securing projects, and achieving branch sales targets.

2. Oversee project execution by ensuring all architecture, interior, and construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

3. Manage branch finances by monitoring budgets, controlling costs, approving expenditures, reviewing financial performance, and maximizing profitability.

4. Lead and develop branch teams by mentoring department heads, setting performance expectations, promoting accountability, and building a high-performing work culture.

Ensure operational excellence and compliance by implementing company policies, monitoring legal and statutory compliance, enforcing safety standards, and improving business processes.

6. Build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, government authorities, and other key business partners to enhance the company's reputation.

7. Report branch performance to the Managing Director/Head Office, providing regular updates on business growth, project progress, financial performance, operational challenges, risks, and strategic initiatives while implementing company vision and objectives.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
