Operational & Workforce Management
- Deploy manpower: Allocate security guards, supervisors, and officers across multiple client sites within the assigned Tamil Nadu district.
- Manage rosters: Design 24/7 rotational duty shifts and manage attendance tracking.
- Control overtime: Monitor and approve extra duty hours to maintain cost-efficiency.
- Conduct inspections: Perform unannounced day and night site audits to verify alertness and proper uniform wear.
- Provide equipment: Ensure all security posts are equipped with working torches, batons, registers, and communication tools.
Client Relations & Business Growth
- Serve as point-of-contact: Meet client management regularly to address complaints, feedback, and security needs.
- Ensure service delivery: Maintain service standards to secure monthly invoice sign-offs and contract renewals.
- Expand regional business: Identify recent commercial, industrial, or residential clients in the assigned territory to grow revenue.
Recruitment & Training
- Source personnel: Partner with recruiters to hire security guards,
focusing on local candidates or ex-servicemen.
- Onboard and train: Train new hires on Site-Specific Instructions (SSIs), basic fire-fighting, first aid, and customer service.
- Run emergency drills: Conduct regular mock drills for fire safety and evacuation procedures.
Statutory & Legal Compliance
- Enforce PSARA guidelines: Verify that all guards and operations adhere strictly to the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act (PSARA) rules applicable in Tamil Nadu. [1, 2, 3]
- Check labor compliance: Collaborate with HR to ensure minimum wage payouts, Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance (ESI) compliance.
Incident Management & Liaison
- Investigate breaches: Lead investigations into theft, property damage, or trespassing within the area.
- Liaise with authorities: Work closely with the Tamil Nadu Police, Fire & Rescue Services, and local municipal corporations during emergencies.
- Submit incident reports: Write detailed occurrence summaries and present corrective action plans to top management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
