About the Role

We are a growing lab-grown diamond jewellery brand, manufacturing in Surat and serving customers and B2B buyers across the US, Europe, Japan, and other international markets.

We are looking for a Growth & Sales Support Executive to manage incoming enquiries, communicate with potential customers, qualify leads, follow up consistently, and support our sales and growth activities.

This is primarily an inbound sales and customer-support role. There is no field sales requirement.

Responsibilities

- Respond to enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, Etsy, email, and other channels
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information
- Qualify leads and identify genuine purchase opportunities
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication until closure
- Maintain accurate lead/customer records in Google Sheets or CRM
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding pricing, customization, quotations, and orders
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Maintain organized lead lists and follow-up records
- Prepare basic daily/weekly sales and lead reports
- Support other sales and growth activities as required

Requirements





- Solid written English for communicating with international customers
- Good spoken English is preferred
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, and Google Sheets
- Organized, responsible, and consistent with follow-ups
- Fast learner with a customer-focused approach
- No degree required — we hire for ability, attitude, and communication skills
- Freshers are welcome to apply

Preferred, Not Required

- Customer support or inside-sales experience
- Experience with Shopify, Etsy, Canva, or CRM tools
- Experience handling social media enquiries
- Basic knowledge of jewellery, diamonds, or exports

Performance

Performance will be evaluated based on response time, lead qualification, follow-up consistency, data accuracy, qualified leads, and contribution to conversions.

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives linked to qualified leads and successful conversions.
