Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and responsible Pickers & Packers to join our Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products, packing customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring orders are ready for timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products from designated locations based on customer orders.
- Verify product names, quantities, and SKUs before packing.
- Pack orders safely and accurately according to company guidelines.
- Ensure orders are prepared within the required TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Check products for damage, expiry, or quality issues before dispatch.
- Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the dark store.
- Follow inventory handling and stock management procedures.
- Assist with stock counting and cycle counts when required.
- Coordinate with Store Executives and Delivery Partners for smooth order dispatch.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged products, or operational issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass preferred.
- Freshers can apply; experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, Warehouse, or Logistics is an advantage.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
