We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive (CRE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, feedback, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls, queries, feedback, and complaints.
- Make customer satisfaction and service follow-up calls.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Service Team regarding customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle service, delivery, and pending issues.
- Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the concerned department/senior.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly customer follow-up reports.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service,



automobile dealership, or a similar role preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi, English & Marathi communication skills preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Presentable, confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with experience in Automobile Dealership, Service Centre, Customer Care, Telecalling, CRM, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
