Key ResponsibilitiesA. Drafting & Documentation
The Executive shall be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing various legal and transactional documents, including Allotment Letters (AL), Agreements for Sale (AFS), Clubhouse-related documents, Non-Encumbrance Certificates (NEC), affidavits, customer notices and replies, Employee Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), and Sale Deeds for both customer transactions and land acquisitions. All documents must be prepared in compliance with applicable laws and company standards.
B. Record & Document Management
The role includes maintaining systematic records of all documents in both physical and digital formats. The Executive shall manage data storage systems such as OneDrive for acquisition and project liaising records (excluding customer documentation), ensuring proper organization, accessibility, and confidentiality of records.
C. Legal Advisory & Support Functions
The Executive shall assist in providing legal support by translating legacy and regional language documents received during acquisitions, preparing detailed summaries of acquisition transactions, and maintaining trackers for ongoing legal cases. The role also includes extracting accurate land and area details and preparing comprehensive ownership, area, and assessment sheets with all relevant data.
D. Liaison & Regulatory Compliance
The Executive shall be responsible for drafting applications, submissions, and reminder letters to various government authorities and departments. The role includes handling procedural compliance activities such as payment of search fees, copying fees,
and other statutory charges required for obtaining official records and approvals.
E. Government & Departmental Operations
The role involves coordinating with government offices for execution-related processes, including payment of stamp duty, document handling charges (DHC), and authentication fees for both customer and acquisition transactions. The Executive shall also conduct government valuation checks by referring to ready reckoner rates, facilitate certified copy applications, and ensure all required documentation and fees are properly submitted.
F. Data Management & Internal Tracking Sheets
The Executive shall maintain and regularly update various internal tracking sheets and databases, including Project Update Sheets, Customer File Update Sheets, Fair Use Policy Sheets, Customer Grievance Sheets, 7/12 Data Sheets, YouTube Case Tracker, Project History Records, Appreciation Letters Sheet, and RPAD Tracker. Accuracy, consistency, and timely updates are essential.
3. Key Skills & Competencies
The role requires strong drafting and documentation skills, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of real estate documentation and compliance procedures. The Executive must possess good coordination and communication skills for dealing with internal teams and government authorities, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within timelines.
4. Reporting Structure
The Legal & Documentation Executive shall report to the Legal Head as designated by the Company.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
