Job Overview

BuyBuzzInfra LLP is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team in Gurugram. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential clients interested in buying real estate.
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, messages, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Coordinate property visits and site visits with clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on property projects, market trends, pricing, and offers.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Candidates with prior experience in real estate, sales, telesales, or business development will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
