Roles & Responsibility

- Identifying and pursuing current business opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Presenting the company's solutions and services to potential clients
- Collaborating with the technical team to develop proposals and presentations
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
- Continuously improving sales processes and methodologies

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident in presenting and negotiating
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a customer-first mindset
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Self-motivated,



goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing
- Basic understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy
- Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace or MS Office Suite)
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration
- Willingness to learn about the company’s products/services and continuously improve sales techniques

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
